Owner and Lead Musculoskeletal Ultrasonographer

An accredited, active NHS Senior Ultrasonographer/Advanced Radiographic Practitioner. He is regulated by the Health and Professions Council and member of the Society of Radiographers, currently practicing Medical and Obstetric ultrasound with a practicing specialty and keen interest in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. 

With a National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences, Kyle developed an interest in sports injury, biomechanics and medical imaging. This encouraged him to study for an undergraduate degree in Diagnostic Radiography from Birmingham City University, qualifying with honours in 2007. Following a career developing skills in various medical imaging modalities working closely with orthopaedic surgeons and rheumatologists alike. 

Kyle extended his role further, receiving a post graduate diploma with distinction in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound in 2012.

Many Musculoskeletal Ultrasound examinations are performed by practitioners without formalised training.

In contrast, Kyle strived for several years for formal training, finally emerging with a distinction from Canterbury Christ Church University in his CASE accredited post graduate qualification in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. 



Vascular Scientist and Business Manager

A registered NHS Clinical Scientist. She is regulated by the Health and Care Professions council and is currently practising in Vascular science/ultrasound and Cardiac Physiology.

Sarah studied for an MSc in Sports Physiology and Biomechanics in 2007-8 at Manchester Metropolitan University which spiked her interest in exercise health and the cardiovascular system. Working as a cardiac rehabilitation instructor furthered her interest in clinical science and led Sarah to apply for the highly competitive NHS Scientist Training Programme, for which she secured a place in 2013. Qualifying in 2016 with an MSc in Clinical Vascular Science, with Distinction, Sarah works performing a wide range of high quality vascular ultrasound examinations including venous insufficiency for varicose veins, arterial scanning for peripheral vascular disease, aneurysm screening and surveillance.

In 2019 Sarah broadened her role into Cardiac Physiology undertaking her British Heart Rhythm Society accreditation in Cardiac rhythm management, implantable cardiac devices.

Vascular and MSK ultrasound often cross over with some MSK injury presentations actually being vascular in origin and vice versa, hence this relationship of a specialised MSK and Vascular Sonographer is quite unique and heightens our diagnostic capabilities
